NOTE: Recommended method for all types of buttons
Open Thinix Touch Configuration
Click ‘Button Creator’ TAB
Click ‘Edit Button’
Click ‘Name’, this will drop down a list of all the buttons which are defined
Click the button you want to verify, such as Notepad.
The Button action is listed in the action field. You can then determine where the currently defined button is looking for the application.
For buttons which use Thinix TabletBrowser, such as the button named ‘Facebook – TabletBrowser’ you will notice that the button action is pointed at tabletbrowser.exe, and the website is passed as an argument such as: http://www.facebook.com
For buttons which use Internet Explorer, such as the button named ‘Facebook’, you will notice that the button action is pointed at: http://www.facebook.com
NOTE: Quick method to check a button
Open Thinix Touch
Click drop down button in upper right corner of the screen and select ‘QuickEdit’ (Quick Edit mode will then be enabled)
Click the button you wish to edit or check, this will launch the Thinix Touch Button Editor Dialog.
Click ‘Advanced’, then click ‘Edit” - this will show you most of the settings for the button. The thing that cannot be seen using this method is the button arguments. This will prevent you from editing buttons which use Thinix TabletBrowser to open websites.
When you finish editing or checking the button, press ‘CANCEL’ to close the Button Editor Dialog, then press the RED (X) to close QuickEdit mode.
