“Our success is attributed to our team” said RDI president Don Van Oort. “We have an amazing team of people from all over the world. We’re actively recruiting from over 30 universities and we work hard every day to provide old-fashioned, honest (Iowa) value for our customers. Trust isn’t something which you can buy from vendors and partners, customers or employees. We focus on doing the right thing in everything we do, which has built a culture of excellence here. We have great customers, partners, and people. I’m extremely honored to be a part of such an amazing organization.”

RDI is celebrating their 30th anniversary – another milestone. Van Oort continues “The thing about technology is that ‘technology’ by definition is ever-changing.
