Applications Won't Run

“I exported a theme and imported it but some of the applications don’t work.”

“I am using a 64bit OS and some applications on the default theme don’t work.”

The cause of some applications not functioning is related to the ‘path’ of the application. In 32bit operating systems, programs are generally installed to a Program Files folder, but in 64bit operating systems, this isn’t necessarily the case. 64bit systems use both Program Files for native 64bit applications and Program Files (x86) for 32bit applications.

If you are using a 32bit application on a 64bit OS, then you must update the path to the file in the ini configuration files.

  8. Save both files and close them.

    1. If UAC is turned on, you may not be able to save there.
