Thinix Kiosk allows you to customize the user interface for any situation. When the computer boots up, it plays a pre-use Flash animation; the stock flash animation encourages guests to use the computer, and tells them what they can do on the system and about the security features of the computer. In large deployments or OEM applications, these flash animations can be fully customized for each specific situation.

When a guest moves the mouse, or hits any key on the keyboard, the flash animation ends, and they have access to run any application you give them access to. Thinix Kiosk is designed to prevent users from accessing settings and misconfiguring the system. No passwords are required - the system is very simple, yet secure.
With Thinix Kiosk, it is simple to brand and skin the computer to have the branding and color scheme of your business.
This is an example of a custom layout for Thinix Kiosk::
Thinix All-Clear™ When guests log-off the computer, all of their applications are closed and Internet history, cookies and temporary files are automatically erased. While this is happening, a status report is displayed to the guest so they know their information has been cleared.

Thinix Auto-Logoff™ If the guest walks away from the computer without logging out, an inactivity timer will automatically log them out and erase all of their settings and browsing history; thereby, preventing a second guest from seeing anything inappropriate or confidential.
Note: Thinix kiosk is not currently available as a stand-alone application, and is available only as an option to a Thinix based computer running Thinix optimized Windows XP Embedded.
