The HDTV-Link system allows a Thinix TS-1200 to be connected to most HDTVs (High Definition Televisions, call to find out the compatibility of your HDTV) which have SVGA inputs. This makes your Thinix computer ideal for conference room applications. The system includes an RF wireless keyboard with integrated touchpad (mouse).

The included software and Thinix™ operating system allow your staff to browse the Internet, check their web-based email, and create & edit Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint files using ThinkFree Office3.

Our design goal is to provide staff with an easy to use, ultra-reliable computer which is secure and requires no maintenance.

Thinix machines are designed to be easily installed by non-technical staff. Furthermore, since the Thinix computers always work, there is no need for technical staff to spend time fielding questions about how the computers work from end users.

Security Features
Integrated Firewall
Built in Stateful Packet Inspection Firewall makes Thinix immune to hackers.
Hardened Security Disposition
All unnecessary services are disabled by default, reducing the attack surface of the Thinix machine and improving resistance to security vulnerabilities.
Thinix uOS™
Thinix is architected to be secure. This makes the computer immune to Windows Viruses & Spyware because no software can be installed by end users. All the user’s confidential information is erased after every reboot.

Ethernet Support
Support for Wired 10/100 Ethernet using TCP/IP. Support for Wireless Ethernet using 802.11b/g is possible using optional wireless adaptor.
DHCP or static IP address assignment
Automatic Time Synchronization using NTP
Remote administration using HTTP is available

Recovery Features
Integrated System Restore
Thinix machines can be easily recovered to their factory-shipped configuration by using a built-in restore utility.

General Features
Integrated screensaver images
Thinix includes a screensaver system that allows you to set background images that are played as screensaver images when the system is idle.

Installed Applications
Firefox Browser & Plugins
Firefox 1.5 allows users to browse the Internet, check web-based email, and view and print web pages and pictures. Integrated XINE plugins allow users to watch movies and listen to audio. XPDF is integrated which allows users to view and print .pdf files. Flash support is provided by integrated Macromedia/Adobe flash player. Support for Java applications is provided by integrated Java 1.5.8

ThinkFree Office3
Open, edit and create Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint formatted files using ThinkFree Desktop office productivity suite.
Users may also save office documents to their portable USB storage (thumb drive) or upload them to the Internet.
Citrix Client
Allows staff to connect to Citrix™ servers in the office or also use Citrix GoToMyPC to connect to their home or office PC.
Powerful Remote Connection Capabilities
Thinix combines the power of remote connectivity to many server types, your users can connect to corporate servers via remote connection. Supported Protocols include: Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), Linux NoMachine, Linux XDMCP, VNC, SSH and Telnet.
